This website is operated by North Path Residences, LLC ("North Path"). By using this site you agree to these terms. The site provides information about independent shared housing and lets you join a waitlist, apply, or request a tour. Submitting a form does not create a housing agreement; a license to occupy is created only by a signed License-to-Occupy Agreement.

North Path provides housing only. We do not provide medical care, personal care, medication management, transportation, meals served by staff, or supervision. Information on this site is not medical, legal, or financial advice. We are an equal-opportunity housing provider under the Fair Housing Act.

Pricing and availability may change. Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe's terms. Questions: ops@northpathresidences.com.
