North Path started with a stubborn question: why is it so hard for good, capable people to find a decent place to live? We kept meeting the same neighbors at the edge of the housing market — a veteran who served and came home to a waitlist, a 64-year-old whose fixed income no longer stretched to a one-bedroom, a father returning from incarceration with a job lined up but no address to put on the application.

None of them were asking for care. They could take their own medicine, cook their own meals, and get themselves where they needed to go. They were asking for something smaller and harder to find: a clean, steady room, fair rules, and the dignity of their own key. For too long, the people who fall between "needs a nursing home" and "can afford their own place" have simply been overlooked.

So we built North Path for exactly those neighbors. We turn ordinary homes into well-run shared residences where independent adults — veterans, seniors, and people rebuilding after re-entry — can live with stability and self-respect. A safe address changes everything: it's where a job, a recovery, a reconnection with family, and a next chapter all begin. That's why we do this.
