Refund & Payment Policy

• License fees are billed monthly in advance and are generally non-refundable once the month begins, except as required by law or your signed License-to-Occupy Agreement.
• Move-in fee is a one-time charge covering background screening, lockbox, key, and intake supplies; it is non-refundable once screening begins.
• Good-faith deposit is refundable when you leave in good standing, after deducting any unpaid fees or damage beyond normal wear, per your License Agreement.
• If you give 14 days' written notice and leave in good standing, unused prepaid fees are pro-rated.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
