Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 24, 2026
North Path Residences, LLC ("North Path," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through northpathresidences.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you join the waitlist, apply, request a tour, inquire about partnering, sign a document, or contact us, we collect details such as your name, email, phone number, the population/program you're interested in, and the eligibility information you provide in an application (for example, whether you can live independently and self-administer medications).
- Payment information. If you make a payment, it is processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as a confirmation and the last four digits of a card) but not your full card number.
- Document and signature information. If you sign a document electronically, we record your name, email, the signature, the date and time, your IP address, and your consent, as part of the signing audit trail.
- Information from your use of the Site. Like most websites, we automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring pages, including through cookies and similar technologies.
- Messages to our assistant. If you use the chat feature on the Site, we process the messages you send in order to respond and, if you choose, to follow up with you.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the housing-related services you request.
- To evaluate applications, conduct permitted screening, and manage occupancy, billing, and documents.
- To send you transactional messages (confirmations, status updates, signed documents) and, where you've opted in, occasional updates. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use and agreements.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with service providers who help us run the Site and our operations under confidentiality obligations — for example, hosting and database services (Vercel, Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), and email delivery (Brevo). We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety or those of others, or in connection with a business transfer. Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you may be used or shared without restriction.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember preferences, and understand how the Site is used. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business and legal purposes — for example, to maintain occupancy records, signed documents, and payment history. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of non-essential email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. To make a request, email us at the address below; we may need to verify your identity before acting.
Fair housing and sensitive information
North Path is an equal-opportunity housing provider. We use the eligibility information you provide only to determine fit for our independent, housing-only model and to comply with fair-housing and other laws. We do not provide medical or personal-care services and do not maintain clinical records.
Children
The Site is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
