- Your own rides & care. You set up your own doctor visits and your own rides.
- Your own meals. You make your own meals in the shared kitchen.
- Leave on your own. You can leave the house by yourself in under 13 minutes.
- Independent living. No personal care or supervision — we help you transition if that changes.
No. North Path Residences is a residential property-management company that provides housing only — no medical care, personal care, medication management, transportation, or meals served by staff. Residents live independently.
Independent, ambulatory adults who take their own medicine, arrange their own rides and doctor visits, prepare their own meals, and can leave the home on their own in under 13 minutes.
We accept HUD-VASH vouchers (veterans), VA income, SSDI/SSI, self-pay, and family-pay. You'll see the monthly per-bed amount on each home's page.
Typically within 24–48 hours of an approved application, as long as a fitting bed is available. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out the moment one opens.
Never. We do not pay for or accept payment for referrals. We respond to every referral within four business hours.

North Path turns single-family homes and duplexes into well-run shared homes — steadier income, guaranteed-rent options, and a true Done-For-You operation. You own the home; we handle everything else.
